• Billing info, processed by our payment provider — we never see full card numbers

To run, host and improve your bots, provide support, process payments, and keep the platform safe from abuse.

Your prompts and code are sent to AI model providers to generate responses. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party models.

We share data only with service providers needed to run guardo (hosting, AI, payments), or when required by law.

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove your bots and data within 30 days.

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
