Refund Policy

New paid subscriptions can be refunded in full within 7 days of the first payment, no questions asked.

Renewal payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period.

Refunds are not available for accounts suspended for breaking our Terms of Service, or when a large share of AI message credits has already been used.

If guardo has a major outage affecting your bots, contact us and we'll credit your account fairly.

Email support@guardo.lol from your account email with your username. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
