Terms of Service

By using guardo.lol ("guardo", "we") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

guardo uses AI to generate, edit and host Discord bots. AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing what your bot does before and after deploying it.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and keep your login and bot tokens secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

You may not use guardo to build bots that:

• violate Discord's Terms of Service or Developer Policy
• spam, raid, self-bot, or scrape users
• distribute malware, phishing, or illegal content
• harass, threaten, or abuse others

We may suspend bots or accounts that break these rules.

You own the code generated for your bots. We own the guardo platform, brand and software. You grant us a limited license to run your code in order to host it.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
